I've tried many file recovery software and so far this is the only software that met my expectations. While other file recovery software only retrieves deleted files from PC, this one was able to recover even those files that I have lost to reformatted hard drive and virus infection.
On the plus side, the software recovers unsaved documents that I have lost due to an unfortunate power failure. On the downside the user-interface is so confusing that I find it hard to really pinpoint the exact file I really want back.
