Select from built-in effects such as fire, smoke, corona, warp, plasma, etc. Each effect is highly customizable. Publish as an SWF/FLV file, AVI video with or without transparency, series of PNG images. Create a looping effect suitable for background/looping animation. It has been tested and works on Windows Vista.
